This Refund Policy applies to digital products and professional services provided by Simpma Solutions. By purchasing our products or services, you agree to this Refund Policy.

2. Digital Products (WordPress Plugins and Software)

2.1 Refund Window

We offer a 14-day refund period from the date of purchase for digital products. Refund requests must be submitted within this period by contacting us at support email above.

2.2 Eligibility

Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

  • Technical incompatibility that cannot reasonably be resolved
  • Major functional defects preventing intended use
  • Accidental duplicate purchases

Refunds may be denied if:

  • The request is made outside the refund window
  • The product functions substantially as described
  • The issue results from third-party plugins, themes, hosting environments, or external services
  • The request is abusive, excessive, or fraudulent

2.3 Refund Scope

Approved refunds apply to the Product fee only.

Payment processing fees, transaction fees, service fees, currency conversion fees, and other third-party charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount where applicable and permitted by law.

2.4 License Termination

Upon issuance of a refund, the software license is immediately revoked and you must discontinue use of the product and delete all copies.

3. Professional Services (Development, Customization, SEO, Consulting)

3.1 Service Fees

Payments for professional services, including WordPress development, customization, SEO-related work, consulting, or integration services, are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.

3.2 Deposits

If a deposit is required for a project, the deposit secures scheduling and resource allocation and is non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3.3 Completed Work

Refunds will not be provided for completed work, delivered milestones, or time already spent on a project.

3.4 Project Cancellation

If a project is canceled by the client after work has begun, the client remains responsible for payment for all work completed up to the cancellation date.

3.5 No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, rankings, traffic levels, or revenue results from development or SEO-related services. Refunds will not be issued based on performance expectations unless explicitly guaranteed in writing.

4. Subscription Products (If Applicable)

If you purchase a subscription license, cancellation will prevent future renewals but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period unless required by law.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in suspension or termination of your account and license.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

7. Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to refuse refunds to customers who demonstrate repeated purchase-and-refund behavior or other patterns of abuse.
